Its a good agency when compared to others. My personal experience with them was good. Without any hassle everything worked out well. Whatever we were told was fulfilled. I would recommend to approach them directly without any mediators as they will charge extra fee. Make sure that you have received all the necessary documents and get clarification on any matter beforehand if you are not sure.
