Terrible experience: the ventilation system leaked fumes every time the neighboring apartments cooked. Even after leaving the window open for hours, the apartment smelled so bad I couldn't sleep.

During weekdays when I could sleep, I got woken up at 7am by construction workers working on the apartment next door.
