I recently availed the services of a business consulting firm for my company, and I must say that I had a decent experience. The consultants were knowledgeable and provided valuable insights to improve my business operations. However, there were a few issues with communication, and I felt that some of my concerns were not adequately addressed. Overall, it was an average experience.
