The employees at the financial aid office really put us in a bad spot by telling me that our financial aid would come an entire month earlier than it actually will. I am a disabled veteran on limited income but we came out of pocket to pay for books and classes with the knowledge that we would be receiving aid money on Feb 14th only to be told that was no longer the case days before and only when I called to verify. They have shown no interest helping correct the issue that their misinformation caused, and the cashiers office employee I spoke to has laughably bad people skills and should not be working where they have contact with the students. I am positive writing this review will cause my disbursement date to be magically pushed back again, but people need to know to save their money and go elsewhere. It s really too bad because my instructors have been wonderful.
