First week of September, I got into a very unexpected situation and have to find a new home within a week. Luckily, I found a property posting online that was handled by Shahrukh. He's responsive, on time and professional. He's the only agent that day that I was able to meet while looking for properties around Marina and JLT. He's assertive and nice. It's not hard not to love the flat that he's handling so I said reserved immediately, time wise and the feeling of being comfortable with Shahrukh's assistance. He guided me along the way. Up until last night that I need help from him. Everything went smoothly and within a week, we are able to move in to our new home. I highly recommend Cando Real Estate Broker especially Shahrukh. He's really good in what he's doing.
