One would think that a simple problem would come with simple solutions. Just moved to a new house and found that LVVWD had mispelled my name on the bill / main account holder. Its usually not a big deal and I can see how one can mistaken the spelling. Tried doing it online, online says to call a number for name change. Called the number, person from that number tells me I have to show up in person. Instead of providing all of my information and requesting for a proper name change, I was told that I would have to go down to the office in order to have it changed. Why the dam run around!?
