I had a mixed experience with Gridintel. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were quite average. Overall, I would rate their service as average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer support was not as responsive as I would have liked. There was a delay in getting a response to my inquiries, which was quite frustrating. However, once I did get a response, the support team was helpful in addressing my concerns. I think Gridintel has potential, but they need to work on improving their customer support.
