My experience, from start to finish, was exceptional - from the coordination made by the VTS office (e.g., by Bridget) to the professionalism of the driver assigned to me (Doug). It's a comforting thing to know that when care is coordinated with the private sector, I don't have to worry about getting to/from a complicated surgical procedure. Kudos to the VTS!
