I usually don't spend time writing reviews, but this is a must! I have been to a lot of car dealerships and as most customer's experience, there is a lot of false incentives, poor customer service, and lack of vehicle knowledge, but not here! Max Mandavi has made this hands down the smoothest car purchase I have ever experienced and to add, this was my first NEW car purchase and being as cautious as I am, I came in with butterflies in my stomach and left there feeling like a million bucks. There were no gimmicks, no running back and forth between the manager and Max. Aside from Max everybody felt like a family there, you couldn't even tell between the Genesis and Hyundai sales reps. Everyone greeted you and treated you fairly and supported one another!

Even the finance team, (which I dread entering those offices because there are always different numbers than what is discussed), was very respectful like everyone and made you feel like it was ok to purchase the car at your own pace. Absolutely ZERO PUSHINESS, from Max and his staff. Max saw that I was unsure of the specs on the vehicle and how I would feel in it, that he went out of his way to obtain the vehicle I wanted to make sure I made the right decision.

Overall, what made Max Mandavi the best sales person ever, was that he was just himself, told you how it was, shared the numbers, never pressured you and truly made you feel like part of the family. I felt like I was in a Maseratti dealership the way I was treated! Thank you Northwest Hyundai!
