I went here to the ER right after I hurt my wrist ...

I went here to the ER right after I hurt my wrist in baseball practice, I got their at 5 o clock. Then I sat in the waiting room for like an hour and got called, but all they did was ask me if my wrist hurt or not, and I was like duh what do you think as it was clearly crooked. Then they send me back to the waiting room and I wait another hour and then get taken to get an X-ray. When getting an X-ray this guy was telling me to place my hand flat but I could not out of the shear pain, but he decided to force my hand open, which hurt intensely. To top all of this off he never put a safety vest on me to keep me safe from the radiation. After the X-ray I was sent back to the waiting room and when I finally got called back there again they placed me in a room separated by curtains but the room had all sorts of ill people, and after all this is COVID Times. While I wait there for 20 minutes some nurse named Jeff Cho walks into my room and tells me that my wrist is in fact broken, then he leaves. After that another nurse comes in and she has this little hand brace, like a cheap little Walmart one and sh tries to shove my hand into it and any movement on my broken wrist is excruciating, then she decides to get me a bigger size brace but it was not fitting so she calls another nurse to help her and they are really reading the box on how to put it on, then they start trying it on, and then they decide to both try to force it on my wrist but they could not cause they did not know how to put it on. I end up grabbing the brace from them and putting it on my wrist and now I am just waiting to go home but they say stay so they can get my paperwork to leave, so I stay and 20 minutes pass. Then that Jeff Cho guy says he is going to be giving me a prescription of Motrin for the pain, and giving me a referral to an orthopedic specialists who can assess my broken wrist. So I say what about a cast and they say they can not give me a cast so I say whatever and head for the exit, but get this their was a cat in the waiting room and the nurses and staff let it go into where the patients were, they were petting it and laughing and I just got out of there. So I follow up on the referral the ER gave me the next day I wake up at five in the morning and travel to Kern Medical in Bakersfield and arrive at 6:00 as the nurses said I needed to be their early but guess what the place opens at 7:30 so I had to sit in the empty parking lot for an hour and a half to get in. Once I m in they tell me that Jeff Cho never sent a referral so, the Ker Medical receptionist says to call the ER and get the doctor who saw me, their referral. So I call the ER and they say the doctor Felix is what I remember can not write the referral, so I ask about Jeff Cho and they say he is not there today, big surprise. So all in all I broke my wrist this Tuesday 3/23/2021 and have not been casted or seen by an orthopedic doctor as of 3/26/2021. It s been four days where I ve just been in pain at home, called the ER for a stronger drug but they won t give me it, this place really stinks do not ever trust them everyone knows that already, never give Delano Regional now known as Delano Adventist a second chance, it is where fools work. P.S. Ima sue you guys.
