I had a mixed experience with Scent. While some of the fragrances I ordered were fantastic, there were a couple that didn't meet my expectations. However, the customer service team was very helpful in addressing my concerns and they offered me a refund for the unsatisfactory products. They also provided me with a discount code for my future purchase. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I hope they can improve the consistency of their scents.
