Last year I reported a cement spill of tons of cement wash into the No. Fork of the Colo. in Grand County. They took the report. Assigned an investigator named Mr. Peroit, and then deleted the entire report and event. This year they refused to take a report on drainage being built by CDOT straight into the river. They even told me CDOT doesn't need SWMP or to follow the regulations. Now we have blue-green algae and I am afraid to report it to CDPHE. Will my report just be ignored and deleted again? This department doesn't do anything except cover-up for big business and government environmental abuse of our Mother Nature and our waterways. How horribly sad in a State that is driven by it's "sustainable" beauty. Shadow Mountain Lake is now on the "Let it Die" list.
