My mother was referred here by her dentist and went in expecting just a consult and me being a dental assistant I went with to make sure they gave her good options, but when she sat in the chair no explanation what so ever basically asked her what was wrong and numbed her up saying you re getting a root canal today didn t even give her a choice or any explanation on why or what they were going to do. And after all was done with only half of the root canal it still hurt after the procedure and few weeks after too so she went back today to get the rest of it filled but apparently wasn t able to finish it so what did they do tell her to go next door and get it extracted! I m beyond upset with their practice and how they treat people! I will never be referring anyone here!
