I have been a customer of Ocean Insurance, INC for over five years and I must say that their service has been average. There were times when I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative. However, they always managed to resolve my issues and answer my questions. The website is user-friendly and navigating through the different policies is easy. Overall, I would rate my experience with Ocean Insurance, INC as average.
