I've been a loyal customer of Pcs for several years now. Their products are of good quality and their prices are reasonable. However, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been instances where I faced difficulties in getting my issues resolved in a timely manner. Despite that, I still choose to shop at Pcs because of their product reliability.
