At first I had planned on sharing my negative experience, but after speaking face-to-face with the fleet manager I feel much better about the situation. It was nice to see that the team cares about their customers, considering the lack of general empathy within the population today. Special shout out to Martin for not only rectifying things, but going above and beyond to make sure I left happy.
