I m disappointed in Organic Pastures. The gallon milk I usually get has not been creamy and thick at all like it used to. There isn t any cream and the milk has been watery. Also, it s been tasting very sour in a very short period of time like it s been homogenized. Quality over quantity should be any company s motto especially when it comes to organic healthy foods. I ve been opting to mix it with Claravale Farms as that company has loads of cream even though they do not have gallons. I don t care because it tastes as raw milk should. I m planning on only buying from that company from now on. Organic Pastures has really gotten sorry with their milk quality but charge $15 per gallon smh.
