This used to be a good company with a good reputat...

This used to be a good company with a good reputation, pioneers in interior design. As time passes, competition in the local sector increass and people at rafco don't get the revolution communication and actually contacting a customer about their product. Forcing customers like myself to chase them to confirm and lift measurements of what I need done. All in all, Bad customer service; something typical in the region, but would like to mention it. Never thinking outside the box. It goes on and on.
