I find Bitec to be an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing special. I haven't had any major issues with them, but they also haven't exceeded my expectations. Their website is easy to navigate, and the information is presented clearly. However, there are some areas where they could improve. The customer support could be more responsive and helpful. Overall, I would say that Bitec is just okay.
