Battery Bill's is an average company. I recently purchased a battery for my car from their website and the process was fairly straightforward. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the battery I needed without any issues. The battery arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. However, I did have some difficulty installing the battery as the instructions provided were not very clear. Overall, I would say my experience with Battery Bill's was average.
