I attended a training program conducted by SID and it was an average experience. The content was comprehensive, but the delivery could have been more engaging. The trainers lacked enthusiasm, which affected the overall learning experience. However, the institute's website is user-friendly and provides valuable resources for directors. I would recommend SID, but with the expectation of improvements in the training delivery.
