The customer service at Direct Ergonomics is average. I purchased a new office chair from them and it arrived on time. However, the chair was not as comfortable as I had hoped. The design is sleek and modern, but the padding is not very supportive. Overall, it's an okay chair, but I expected better quality for the price.
