Management does not have the best interests of their employees in mind at any point in time, management has also been requested at least once to provide a comprehensive list as to why they should have their jobs.

The business model Shane Mayes has adapted over time has evolved from I m going to work for my employees so the work they do reflects on the type of leadership I implement to I m going to throw fits and blame developers (whom I pay a fraction of what they re billed to their clients for i.e. I ll bill someone for 50 dollars an hour but pay them 12 dollars an hour) for the money I don t have in my pocket because they re not doing their jobs .

I ve never had worse managers in my entire professional career, whether that be my time in the civilian sector or in the military.

The morals of most individuals with any sizeable amount of authority is extremely questionable not to mention unethical in most cases.

If you want to stop flipping burgers and make a little more money, go for it, if you really want to get into a career for development then do the absolute minimum amount of time and get out as soon as possible.

If you re a person with like values as the CEO and management, you ll probably fit in, if your a person of strict moral and ethical values I d advise against this company.
