Called them today 4/5/18 to inquire and potentially drive off in an optima. I submitted documents needed and get a call from Magic saying I got you approved come on I repeated myself multiple times about everything being a go with my husbands income & my mothers. There was an issue at first because there was a couple hundred dollar difference with his income, Magic calls me back tells me to come on. I repeated myself again with the monthly figures and what paperwork I needed, he tells me yes come on. I told him not to bullsh*t me I didn t want anything other than an optima. So I make the 40min drive get there Im waiting around for 15/20minutes, go outside and he approaches me saying let s take a walk walks me over to a Nissan Versa then offers me a hatchback Honda. Saying oh because the income I couldn t get approved on the Kia which he previously told me more than once everything was a go. Wasted my time & money in gas driving 40min one way to tell me I cannot get the optima he already told me they were approved for. He could have told me this over the phone and not when I got there knowing I didn t want anything else other than the optima. Bunch of scam artists is what they are. Tell you one thing to get you in the door and then everything said over the phone goes out the window. Lies lies lies. I should have known not to so business with someone who is giving out a damn nick name vs a real one. Oh he also said with $500 more down I could have gotten into the optima. Well for one then why you going to walk me over to two bullsh*t cars instead of telling me you need $500 more. Even though it was approved with $2000 down. LIARS !!!
