Had to check in OUTSIDE the lobby at a window, didn't understand our reservations, had us in a smoking room which had to be corrected, the room itself was fine but we killed a total of 6 roaches including one UNDER our bedcovers, the breakfast consisted of four packaged bagels, a couple boxes of cereal and some packets of oatmeal, no coffee available after 9am - we were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out the morning after the first...terrible service
