As a long-time resident of Hemlock Farms, I have found the community association to be average in terms of their management and services. While they handle the basic necessities of maintenance and security, I feel like they could do more to enhance the overall experience. The communication from the association can be a bit lacking at times, and the responsiveness to resident concerns needs improvement. Overall, my experience with Hemlock Farms Community Association has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
