Tim was able to fit us into the perfect vehicle for our family. We appreciated that there was never any pressure and although we had a hectic time personally, respect was given for that without pressure. Not only did we get a great vehicle and experience with our purchase but that has not stopped. When our accessories and winter tires were ready the sales man did not stop, our experience and service continues where others may decide to stop treating the customer so well. There might be something to this Merlin Family slogan.
It also helped that we feel we got a really fair price.
