I am a long time customer of Sativachain and I must say their services are average. While their website is easy to navigate and they offer a good selection of products, their customer support could be improved. It takes a long time to get a response and sometimes the answers provided are not helpful. However, their products are of good quality and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I would rate Sativachain as an average company.
