I am a traveler from Korea. Before I came to Japan, I bought a DOCOMO prepaid SIM card in Korea, but an error occurred when I tried to use it in Japan. On the way to trouble, I got help from DOCOMO corner of BicCamera Namba store. (* However, the service related to the setting of SIM is not under DOCOMO's jurisdiction. The clerk here personally did it.)
