I must say that my experience with CRSP has been overall average. The website is easy to navigate, but there were a few issues with finding specific information. The customer support was helpful in resolving those issues though. The data provided by CRSP is extensive and reliable, which is important for my research. The only drawback is that some of the data is not available for free and requires a subscription. Overall, I would rate the services provided by CRSP as average.
