If 0 stars were an option that is what Sun Toyota would get! I made contact with Sun Toyota 3/31/19 via email about being interested in buying a car seen on Cargurus. Got pre-approved for financing through Sun Toyota 3/31/19. Began texting with salesman 8:46 in the morning 4/1, shared my pre-approval status with the salesman (btw my limit was 40K, the car I wanted was less than 6K) and that I would be in after 5 to "drive it home if I can." There were multiple texts and e-mail exchanges through out the day that I THOUGHT was keeping this sale viable. At 4:40 4/1 get a call "sorry we sold the car an hour ago they are just finishing up the paperwork, I couldn't hide the keys" (what are you: 5 years old?) Are you interested in something else? Really? Bait and Switch much. If you needed $ to hold the car why didn't you ask? I will NEVER purchase a car from Sun Toyota and I will make sure none of my friends or family do!
