The service men/women are lacking the experience you would expect when working/inspecting my 2012 VW Golf. I have had my software reprogrammed and the FREE multi-point inspection revealed my power steering fluid was checked (My car doesn't have power steering fluid) and the guy wanted to argue that all cars had power steering fluid. My next experience happened to be when I went to the dealer to get an alignment done and they tell me they cannot fix the camber because it will affect the toe. They would have to redo the toe and it COULD affect the camber again. I will take it back for them to actually complete a successful alignment which I paid for but I would not recommend them (at least the young technicians).
