I recently used a tour company to explore the coastal area of Virginia. The website was easy to navigate and had plenty of information about the different tours available. However, I found the booking process to be a bit confusing and would have appreciated more clarity on the pricing and availability. The tour itself was enjoyable, and the guide was knowledgeable about the area. However, I felt that the overall experience was average compared to other similar tours I've been on. I think the company has a good foundation but could benefit from improving the customer experience in terms of booking and communication.
