I recently used their services to explore some investment options, and I found their website to be quite informative and user-friendly. However, I did encounter some delays in getting responses to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The company seemed to lack agility in addressing my concerns, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. On the positive side, the resources and expertise they offer are definitely worth considering, but the customer service experience could use some improvement.
