Our 13 year old son is a competitive athlete and has been to several performance centers over the years. He has been training with the owner/master trainer, for the past few years. Although we used to supplement Dave's workouts with other facilities as well, there is not a need to any longer.
Impact Zone is a one stop shop for competitive athletes, veteran body builders, or anyone looking to get into shape. Dave takes the time to get to know the individual while working on the mind, body, and soul during all workouts. Our son's mental strength has grown tremendously while working with Dave.
As far as the facility goes, it's impeccably clean, I mean cleaning crews are visible at all hours of operation. There is not a speck of dust, and he even has people come in on a regular basis to touch up some paint when scratches appear. He is majorly concerned with attention to detail in every sense of the word!
Impact zone compiled with performance health & playmaker all stars is a one stop shop for young children beginning to try sports, to professional athletes looking to gain an edge at their positions, to those who may be injured and need to recover.
Full turf, partial turf, wrestling mats with stadium seating, a spin room, free weights, machines, cardio equipment, aerobic area, full basketball court, cryotherapy, chiropractic services, physical therapy, X-rays- I can go on and on- simply the best and most professional place around!
