I recently engaged with this advertising company for a campaign, and my experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided basic information about their services. The staff was helpful and responded to my inquiries promptly. However, I found their overall creativity and innovation to be lacking. The ideas presented were quite conventional and didn't stand out from other agencies. Additionally, the pricing structure was somewhat confusing, making it difficult to determine the exact cost of my campaign. On the positive side, the company did deliver the campaign on time and met the agreed-upon objectives. Overall, they provided a satisfactory service, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of offering more unique and creative solutions to their clients.
