As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with Promise hospital of east los angeles was average. The staff was friendly and attentive, but I felt that the overall level of care could have been better. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, there were some issues with communication between the different departments, which led to delays in my treatment. I would recommend the hospital for basic care, but for more complex cases, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
