Interim at the company Cote on the Annecy hospital site. This is the first time that I have seen such a lamentable organization at the level of the managers on the site. First day on the site, after a brief presentation of the site by the manager, he disappears without giving any news for several hours; the color was announced. No follow-up, no up-to-date or incomplete plan, no site manager apart from a storekeeper who served as Portuguese translator (Request to shoot 2 * 1.5 for a switch back and forth on the whole site. Excellent), lack of means at the level equipment (2 hours to have a package of necklaces, a half-complete screwdriver for 3 people, etc.), request for information obtained after 2 hours of waiting with the manager (I will arrive in 20 minutes, no new after 2 h.), no premium for tools, toolbox and PPE provided by this company. No equality between temporary workers and employees at this level, it is discrimination according to the labor code! The worst is yet to come, but I will not stay with incompetent people who spend their day wandering around the site only working. I ended my contract and I will never work with you again. We ask the temporary workers to be excellent in their work, it is the same for the user company.
