I recently bought a mobility scooter from vaicmobility.com. The scooter works well and has improved my ability to get around town. I encountered no issues with the purchase or the product itself. However, I feel that the customer service could be improved. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries. Overall, though, I am satisfied with my purchase and would consider buying from them again.
