Avoid this agency at all costs. It has gone completely downhill. My Job Coach Ali promised to connect me with employers, hustled me out of the office without even offering basic courses or services like resume writing, cover letters, etc. then ghosted me for several months. When I called to ask for help from a Job Developer the Secretary said I must go through the same Coach that was ignoring my case entirely. Complete lack of efficacy, support and results. I regret ever recommending this location. Terrible service.
