I had a mixed experience with Garrett Relocation INC. While their customer service was excellent and they were prompt in responding to my queries, there were some issues during the move. A few of my items got scratched, and the overall packing could have been better. However, they compensated for the damages and handled the situation well. Overall, I would rate them as average.
