First off, Benito was responsive and accommodating. The Wild Thyme Company Catering & Eventswas able to cater within a day's notice; less than 12 hours to be exact! He brought in Bertha/Berta and Daniel to our party. They were a great duo and cooked up amazing tacos and any combo the grill can handle! Our guests enjoyed them and with nearly no leftovers!
