I recently had my BMW serviced at a local dealership, and the experience was average at best. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and the service took longer than expected. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility either. Overall, I expected more from a reputable dealership like David Prentice Portadown. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your BMW servicing needs.
