In 1.5 yrs of journey with sag I observed following:
no work life balance,
manner less leads and managers ,
limited internet access,
leads and managers don't know how to educate low performers rather than blaming,
these ppl mindset is like they only developed AX. etc...

Plz leads don't showoff your talent with others and degrade them.

suggestion to the company plz give PDP , team building and team managing training for leads and managers.
