I've been a customer of Westover Joe B for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they are reliable and get the job done, I feel like there is room for improvement. The staff could be more friendly and attentive to customers' needs. Overall, it's a decent company to work with, but I wouldn't say they are anything exceptional.
