I will never purchase glasses elsewhere in Madison! I came in at the end of the year hoping to just get some frames (not even lenses) before the year was up for vision insurance reasons, and my insurance's system was down, but they made it work! Not only did the owner take the time to help me try on glasses, they charged me like they would if my insurance was working properly, AND they fit me in for an eye exam same day so I could also get my lenses - on a Saturday! The doctor was thorough, very knowledgeable, and just as friendly and personable as the rest of the staff. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Plus, they have a cute dog around the office and I love all of their frames!
