Cruz Construction just completed a commercial parking lot job for us. It had been 15 years since the lot was done and it was in terrible shape with alligatoring. wide cracks and bad erosion. We received a welcome opinion and quote to just remove the worst asphalt, crack fill, and slurry coat. The entire crew was 100% professional, on time, and did an excellent job. We even got a substantial rebate on our original quote when they discovered that they did not need to remove as much of the old asphalt as they originally thought would be necessary!
