I recently had a not-so-good experience with E Bay Client Tim Markland. The item I received was not as described and it took a while to get a response from their customer support team. However, once I reached out to them, they were quick to resolve the issue and provide me with a refund. While this incident was disappointing, I appreciate their effort to rectify the situation.
