The CEO and VPs are ill equipped to run an organization like this. It's almost comical how far behind they are in the healthcare world. The facilities are in the middle of nowhere and they intend to expand? Avoid this cluster of mismanagement if you can. I can't recommend working here or being a patient. Weak leadership only hurts the community they are supposed to serve.
