I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from an online store. The sunglasses were of good quality and looked stylish. However, the customer service was not satisfactory. It took a long time to receive a response from the company and when I did, they were not able to resolve my issue. I expected better customer service from Vishal Optical Works.
